In 2008, long before real estate tech became a buzzword, we were already in the trenches—building websites, providing IDX solutions, and developing listing management tools for some of the largest and most respected brokerages in the country.
We watched the industry evolve rapidly. Portals grew powerful. Tech giants entered the space. Suddenly, agents and brokers—the very professionals doing the work—found themselves losing control over their own data, their leads, and their future.
And we didn’t like what we saw.

From day one, our mission has been simple: build tools that serve the people doing the work.
In the early days, that meant reliable IDX integrations, custom websites, and listing syndication platforms that helped brokerages thrive online.

The Turning Point
Over the years, one thing became increasingly clear: real estate professionals were being treated like passengers in their own business. Leads were being sold back to agents. Listing data was scattered and monetized by third parties. Tech stacks became bloated with bolt-ons and band-aids.
So we made a choice.
We stopped building fragmented tools and started building a real estate operating system—one that put control back where it belongs: in the hands of brokers, teams, and agents.
